At Temperance Food Truck, we’re all about authentic Neapolitan pizza—crafted with fresh ingredients and baked to perfection in our state-of-the-art wood-fired oven. Fired up to over 800 degrees, our pizzas come out with the perfect crispy-yet-airy crust, rich San Marzano tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella for an irresistible bite every time.

Pizza Options

Margherita

Simple, timeless, and rooted in tradition. Our Margherita brings together crushed San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, hand-torn basil, and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. Fired at over 800°F, it emerges with an airy crust, blistered edges, and that perfect balance of brightness and richness — the way Naples intended. 

Cheese

Comfort in its purest form. We layer our signature dough with velvety San Marzano tomato sauce and a generous blend of mozzarella for a melt that’s creamy, stretchy, and irresistible. It’s the kind of slice that brings everyone to the table — simple, satisfying, and made to share.

Pepperoni

A crowd favorite elevated the Temperance way. Crisp, curling pepperoni slices sizzle into pools of savory flavor atop our fresh mozzarella and San Marzano base. Each bite blends smoky spice, rich cheese, and a wood-fired char that makes this classic feel brand new.

Mushroom, Truffle Oil & Thyme

Earthy, elegant, and deeply aromatic. We pair mushrooms with creamy mozzarella and a touch of garlic, finishing each pie with fragrant truffle oil just before serving. The result is a luxurious, umami-rich slice that feels right at home.

Sausage w/ Peppers & Onions

Bold and full of character. Green peppers and onions meet savory Italian sausage over a bed of mozzarella and crushed tomatoes. The smokiness of the wood-fired crust ties it all together — vibrant, hearty, and designed for great conversation.

Meatball & Ricotta

Comfort and craft come together in this dish featuring Lucca South Shore’s “Really, Really Good” meatballs over a robust tomato base, finished with creamy ricotta and molten mozzarella. A light, airy crust brings true Neapolitan character to every bite.

Pulled Pork

A delicious twist that still honors our wood-fired roots. Slow-cooked pulled pork adds smoky depth atop melted mozzarella and a subtle tomato base. The high heat from our oven crisps the edges, blending sweet, savory, and charred flavors into one unforgettable slice.

Sea Scallops & Bacon w/ Alfredo Sauce

Coastal indulgence meets Neapolitan tradition. Tender sea scallops and crisp bacon rest on a silky Alfredo base, complemented by mozzarella and a lightly charred crust. Rich, buttery, and beautifully balanced — a pie inspired by New England waters and European technique.

Meatlovers
